主（zhǔ）要功能和特點（diǎn）：
Main functions and characteristics:
在傳統MP熱模鍛壓力機的基礎上進（jìn）行了改（gǎi）進完善（shàn），增大了公稱力行程，擴大了壓力機的使用範（fàn）圍
Improved on the basis of traditional MP hot die press to increase nominal stroke and expand scope of use for press
機架采用整體實心結構的鏽鋼或鋼板焊接件
Frame adopts monolithic solid structured stainless steel or steel plate weldment
超高精度和超高剛度，可以實現鍛件的精密閉式（shì）模鍛
Super high precision and super high rigidity ensures precision closed type die forging of forge piece
機身兩側設有（yǒu）側窗口，方便橫向送料，可實現（xiàn）金自動鍛造工藝（yì）
Bilateral side of body is equipped with lateral window to make it convenient for cross feeder and automatic forging process can be achieved
滑塊導（dǎo）軌采用X型結構（gòu），有效地避免溫度（dù）對機床導向精度的影響
X type structure adopted by slider guide effectively avoids influence of temperature to accuracy of machine tool guidance
幹式氣動摩擦離合器（qì），製動器設有（yǒu）水冷係統
Dry pneumatic friction clutch, brake is equipped with water cooling system
設上、下頂料裝置，減小了拔模斜（xié）度，節省原材料消耗
Up and down jigger mechanism equipped reduces pattern draft and save raw material consumption
配置了噸位監控係統、集中潤滑及潤滑監控（kòng）係統、軸承溫度監控係統等
Tonnage monitoring system, centralized lubrication and lubrication monitoring system, bearing temperature monitoring system are equipped
