主要功能和特點：
Main functions and characteristics:
主要適（shì）用於中小零件的（de）熱鍛工藝，也可用於衝裁、成形彎曲、擠壓等一（yī）般性衝壓工藝，具有（yǒu）快（kuài）速、高效、維護簡單等（děng）特點
Its main application includes hot forging for medium to small parts, blanking, forming, bending, extrusion and other common ram pressing processes, characterized by high speed, high efficiency and easy maintenance
采用整體鋼板焊（hàn）接機身，保證機床有足（zú）夠高的剛度
Entire plate is welded to press frame, ensuring sufficient rigidness of it
傳動係統采用兩級或三級傳動，曲軸偏心式結構
It has a two-stage or three-stage driving system with a crankshaft eccentric center structure
250噸及以上壓力機采用分體式幹式氣動摩擦離合器，慣量小、溫升低、壽命長、維修方便
Split dry pneumatic friction clutch is applied to press of 250 tons and above, characterized by small inertia, little temperature rise, long service life and easy maintenance
泵閥一體式液（yè）壓過載保護裝置，超載立即卸荷，動作靈敏可靠，不易悶車
Pump-valve hydraulic overloading protection unit decompresses once overloaded; its sensitivity and reliability makes shutdown less likely
濃油強製自動定時定量潤滑係統，保證機床有充足的潤滑
Concentrated oil gives mandatory automatic lubrication to system regularly and in fixed quantity, guaranteeing sufficient lubrication to machine tool
電（diàn）氣（qì）係（xì）統采用PLC集（jí）中控製（zhì）
