主要功（gōng）能和特（tè）點：
Main functions and characteristics:
主（zhǔ）要適用於中小零件的熱鍛工藝，也可用於衝（chōng）裁、成形彎曲（qǔ）、擠壓等一般性衝壓工藝，具有快速、高效、維護（hù）簡單等（děng）特（tè）點
Its main application includes hot forging for medium to small parts, blanking, forming, bending, extrusion and other common ram pressing processes, characterized by high speed, high efficiency and easy maintenance
采用整（zhěng）體鋼（gāng）板焊（hàn）接機身，保證機床有足夠高的剛度
Entire plate is welded to press frame, ensuring sufficient rigidness of it
傳動係統（tǒng）采用兩級或三級傳動，曲軸（zhóu）偏心式結構
It has a two-stage or three-stage driving system with a crankshaft eccentric center structure
250噸及以（yǐ）上（shàng）壓力機采用分體（tǐ）式幹式氣動摩擦離合（hé）器，慣量小、溫升低、壽命長、維（wéi）修方便
Split dry pneumatic friction clutch is applied to press of 250 tons and above, characterized by small inertia, little temperature rise, long service life and easy maintenance
泵閥（fá）一體式（shì）液壓過載保護（hù）裝（zhuāng）置，超載立即卸荷，動作靈敏可靠，不易悶車
Pump-valve hydraulic overloading protection unit decompresses once overloaded; its sensitivity and reliability makes shutdown less likely
濃（nóng）油強製自動定時定量（liàng）潤滑係統，保證機（jī）床有（yǒu）充足的潤滑
Concentrated oil gives mandatory automatic lubrication to system regularly and in fixed quantity, guaranteeing sufficient lubrication to machine tool
