主要功（gōng）能和特點：
Main Structure Features:
鋼板焊接機身，組合式框架結構；JB31-250A及以下噸位為整體結構機身
Detachable steel welded frame with high rigidity except JB31-250A and JD31-160
滑塊超長導（dǎo）軌導向，導向精度高；
The cam-block is guided in super long guide rail with high guiding precision
幹式（shì）氣動分體（tǐ）式離合器製動器，結合、製動力大，壽命長、安全可靠、維修方便
Part revolusion pneumatic friction clutch and brake , with large braking torque, long service life, low noise and convenient for maintenance
液壓過載保護裝置，過載自動緊急停車，保護壓力機及模具（jù）的安全
Hydraulic overload protection device and overload automatic emergency stop, protect press and mold safety
JD31-500及以（yǐ）下噸位壓力機為機動濃油（yóu）潤滑，JD31-630B及以上噸位壓力機為全自動集中（zhōng）稀油潤滑；
JD31-500 and press of lower tonnage adopt mobiles concentrated oil lubrication, while JD31-630B and press of above tonnage adopts all-automatic collective thin oil lubrication;
裝模高度電動調整，數字顯示，調模方（fāng）便（biàn）
