主要功能和特點：
Main Structure Features:
鋼（gāng）板（bǎn）焊接機身（shēn），組合式框（kuàng）架結構；JB31-250A及以下噸位為整（zhěng）體結構機身
Detachable steel welded frame with high rigidity except JB31-250A and JD31-160
滑塊超長導軌導向，導向精度（dù）高；
The cam-block is guided in super long guide rail with high guiding precision
幹式氣動分體式離合器製動器，結合、製動力大，壽命長、安全（quán）可靠、維修方便
Part revolusion pneumatic friction clutch and brake , with large braking torque, long service life, low noise and convenient for maintenance
液壓過載保護裝置，過載自（zì）動緊急停車，保護壓（yā）力（lì）機及模具的安（ān）全
Hydraulic overload protection device and overload automatic emergency stop, protect press and mold safety
JD31-500及以下噸位壓力機（jī）為機動濃油潤（rùn）滑，JD31-630B及以上噸位壓力機為全自動集中稀油潤（rùn）滑；
JD31-500 and press of lower tonnage adopt mobiles concentrated oil lubrication, while JD31-630B and press of above tonnage adopts all-automatic collective thin oil lubrication;
裝模高度（dù）電動調整，數字顯示，調模方便
